GIC Owner - Ratcliff Thomas

Ratcliff Thomas is a former American football linebacker. He attended and played collegiate Division One Football at the University of Maryland - College Park. He then went on to play played four seasons with the Indianapolis Colts (1998–2001) and appeared in 34 games. He totaled 24 defensive tackles, along with an interception (D. McNabb) also blocked the first punt in ten years to lead to Edgerrin James first professional touchdown.

Post Ratcliff's professional career, he has dedicated his Iife to the youth. He started out with the Ratcliff Thomas Foundation, and has now founded the GIC Tournament. Ratcliff, who previously served as a coach, has now inserted his all into GIC, as it allows him to touch the lives of far more young athletes. It is his goal to show them, that if he could play on the worlds biggest football stage, they can too! Ratcliff spearheads and oversees the football segment of the GIC youth organization.
